Joseph P. Walsh and Bruce Pancio founded Walsh Pancio, LLC in January of 2007. Prior to the formation of the firm, the attorneys worked together for 12 years at an AV rated civil defense firm.  During this time, they developed a similar philosophy for handling cases. Joe and Bruce recognize the importance of one attorney handling a file from its inception to its conclusion. The attorneys also believe their small office environment allows them closer attention to the files. No client or case is too insignificant, and no legal issue is too problematic to resolve. Each client, and each matter, is given close attention, careful consideration, and expeditious service.

The attorneys at Walsh Pancio, LLC have extensive litigation experience. Both Joe and Bruce have tried numerous cases to verdict. Their trial experience ranges from major jury matters, non-jury trials, arbitrations, and small claims matters. The attorneys also have a wealth of appellate experience before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

The firm uses the latest technology to your benefit. Recognizing that all communication is privileged, the firm will use encrypted e-mail when requested. Digital dictation allows for a quick turn around time for your work. The firm invested in a law office management system designed for attorneys which integrates the office billing system, electronic calendars, and file diaries. In addition, the entire office is networked on a wireless system.

The office is purposely located in Lansdale. The geographic position of the office offers convenient access to multiple counties. In addition, Joe is a resident of Montgomery Township and Bruce lives in Worcester Township. Lansdale was selected to allow Joe and Bruce to work and be a part of the community where they live.
