Construction Defects

Consistent with their extensive civil litigation experience, Joe and Bruce have handled construction defect cases for major builders, insurance companies, and small contractors.  The attorneys are currently involved in approximately fifty pending litigation matters involving the application of stucco to the exterior cladding of residential construction.  They have tried numerous arbitrations, provided counsel on coverage issues, and actively litigated these issues in the Court of Common Pleas.
