The attorneys in the firm have over thirty-five combined years of trial experience.  Walsh Pancio, LLC is privileged to represent the two largest insurers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (State Farm Insurance Company and the Erie Insurance Group) and their insureds. Joe and Bruce have handled a variety of litigation matters from complex, multi-party lawsuits to small claims. Their litigation practice has included the following types of claims: commercial, homeowner, premises liability, insurance fraud and special investigations, UM/UIM, motor vehicle liability, medical, products liability, subrogation and bad faith. 

The cost of legal representation is always a concern. In the past, the attorneys have worked on reasonable hourly rates, flat fee arrangements, as well as a combination of flat fee and hourly rate. Joe and Bruce are willing to discuss the appropriate fee arrangement which best meets the client’s need.
