Bruce graduated summa cum laude from Mercyhurst College in 1983 with a degree in Criminal Justice.  In 1986 he received his Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law.

Bruce was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1986.  He is also admitted to the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court.

His practice focuses primarily in the area of civil litigation.  Over the last 20 years he has handled over a thousand cases in small claims court, the Courts of Common Pleas and Federal Court.  In his career, he has tried over 40 cases to verdict.  He has also handled cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. During that time he has represented some of the largest insurance companies and their insured's in both first and third party claims.

Professionally, Bruce is a member of the Montgomery Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He was recently elected to serve as an officer of the Montgomery Bar Association and is serving as the Secretary. Bruce also sits on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project. In the past, he served as the President of the Montgomery Trial Lawyers Section. Bruce is also a member of the Child Advocacy Committee. Through that committee, he volunteers his time to represent children involved in court proceedings.

Bruce and his wife, Linda, reside in Montgomery County with their three children.
