In keeping with the firm’s dedication to community service, Walsh Pancio attorney Mike Lyon has been appointed to the Zoning Hearing Board of Montgomery Township, where he has resided for the past nine years. As a member of the Board, Mike will join his fellow Board members in considering applications for relief from the township’s zoning ordinance and appeals from the zoning officer’s determinations on the same. A past member of Montgomery Township’s Planning Commission, Mike looks forward to continuing to serve his township and its residents in this new role.
